Today and tomorrow is Everyone’s Festival, which is great, and that’s where I’ll be, along with everyone else. Last night Waterdeep played at the New Earth, which also is great.

It’s a pretty common sentiment that if only we could be more open with one another, if we were more honest about our struggles and problems, if we didn’t put up masks, then things would somehow be much better. Now, don’t get me wrong, I think there’s a lot to be said for “realness” and all that, but some people go pretty far overboard, and seem to suggest that there’s some sort of healing to be had just by being completely real with everyone. And I disagree. For the record.
